This year, PGCPS is introducing a new student information system (SIS), Synergy. Staff who are still in need of training should view the Synergy Training Schedule and register in eDoctrina for an appropriate session. Additionally, asynchronous resources exist on the Synergy site: bit.ly/pgcpssynergysync
If you’ve attended training and/or viewed the resources but still have questions, a variety of resources exist to support internal school-based staff. These resources are for school-based staff members only. Please see below for these important tools and resources.
For SIS Users, access is based on the role(s) you had in SchoolMAX.
For newly hired teachers, access will be granted after your Oracle record is updated. Additionally, teachers must be attached to a schedule in Synergy to access TeacherVUE.
To resolve access issues:
If you are a ParentVUE Manager or responsible for supporting parents with creating their ParentVUE account, join the following virtual training session:
For teachers who will view basic student information, enter attendance and use the gradebook.
For principals and assistant principals to receive an overview of Synergy and information on monitoring related processes in your building.
For all other Synergy-related questions, the following Phone Line and/or Zoom Support will be offered by T3 and the Department of Pupil Accounting School Boundaries (PASB) through Thursday, September 5, 2024 on the below dates and times:
